App photo shows fish and chips in one box. Paid €10.50, told the chips were extra. Showed them their own listing and suggested they update it — got a dirty look before they finally added chips. Either fix the picture or include the chips. The attitude when you flag it is the bigger problem.
Was there today and wont be returning, here's why.
The lad that is in the front of house has not smiled in years it seems. Very cold reception very unwelcoming.
The menu's are very poorly lit, you have to strain to see anything on the menu boards
While the store has vibeant volours the interior just feels drab and very 90s ice cream shop.
The portions are also tiny for what you pay. €8 more for around have the portion compared to other places I visited and not eveb a can included.
The chips were also very old and tasted of old oil, I ate 2 and chucked it.
And lastly the wait time is fantastically long for multiple people in the kitchen and 1 oe 2 customers...

Very very poor.
Extremely disappointing experience. The food arrived lukewarm, the chips were soggy, and the portion sizes felt much smaller than expected. The wait time was far longer than what we were told, and the staff seemed uninterested when we raised concerns.
The burger lacked flavour, the ingredients didn’t taste particularly fresh, and the overall quality was nowhere near worth the price. To make matters worse, part of the order was missing and we had to go back to get it corrected.
I’ve had much better food elsewhere in Greystones for less money. Unfortunately, this visit was a waste of time and money. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it based on this experience.
